About Me
I'm a NYC-based theatre director, producer, and filmmaker, driven by a lifelong passion for cinema that started in my childhood. After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Cinema Studies at SUNY Purchase, I freelanced in various departments within the film industry.

During my journey, I connected with director Eve Brandstein, assisting her on the documentary "Lost Weekend: A Love Story." After we wrapped, she brought her play “Miss America’s Ugly Daughter” from LA to NYC, and was hired as her director’s assistant. Being involved in this production and watching Eve work made me realize this was a path I wanted to pursue.

I self-produced and directed my debut show, Oscar Wilde’s "La Sainte Courtisane" and "A Florentine Tragedy," at the America Theatre of Actors (ATA). I fell in love with the process of putting together a show, shaping scenes, and crafting moments through experimentation and collaboration. Encouraged by the positive reception of my first production, I continued to explore compelling narratives.

I then directed my first full-length play, "Pañuelos," for the New York Theatre Festival, a poignant exploration set during Argentina's Dirty War. Following this, I was offered the opportunity to direct a short comedy for The Players Theatre Festival. I further honed my craft by revisiting classics at The American Theater of Actors, adapting plays such as Strindberg's "Creditors" and Sophocles’ “Electra,” injecting them with fresh perspectives while honoring their integrity.

My artistic journey has been driven by a desire to tell stories that resonate with contemporary issues and move audiences. Throughout my career, I've embraced theatre as a dynamic medium to explore and provoke thought, constantly striving to push artistic boundaries while remaining true to the essence of the stories I bring to life.
